Pedric Residence
This project originally had an uninviting front entry and crumbling concrete steps. Magnolia designed a new pathway with stairs that shifted away from the house to give the entry space a more open and inviting feel. The homeowners opted for granite step mixed with Pennsylvania Lilac flagstone for the pathway, and the stoop was faced with a mix of flagstone and cut granite.
The owners, also big plant lovers, handpicked their plantings for the front yard. Gitche Gumee trap boulders and a more informal planting design were used to stabilize the soil and add a natural feel. Not only is the front entry now more appealing, it’s more functional, too!
